Let me be

Hey, guys!
Here's a recent image from a trip I did in Apuseni Natural Park, here in Romania. We visited two wonderful locations, Ruginoasa Hole, where this shot was taken, being one of them. Ruginoasa Hole (the popular name) is actually a ravine where an active erosion phenomenon takes place. The erosion is caused by the instability of the quartz strata, whose redish-violet colour gives the area a special appearance, unique for my country.
I took my time in studying the location the day before and with a bit of luck at sunrise the next day, I got a shot that I'm quite pleased with. I took a frame aprox. every two minutes following the advance of light on the young tree. When the light hit the last quarter of the tree, it also touched a small portion of the ground right behind the right branches. I got rid of that area by blending in the frames I took earlier, when there was no light there. It is very possible that the brave fellow will not be there on my next visit, so I'm grateful to have gotten this shot. Hope you like it and I'm looking forward in hearing your opinions.

The yellow tree of course makes the scene pop and that earth is a wonderful backdrop.
Great work and thanks for sharing
