Unsated Sole

I'm posting here after long time. It's been very busy for fast 9 months at work and its continuing. :(

I took a break for 5 days to go around north-west coast from oregon to Washington north. This image is some where near the three-capes in Cape Kiwanda. I was wandering to reach three capes and saw this little steam. I could immedeatly connet the scene to my situation.
Two days into vacation, I was not able to divert my mind and get immersed into the nature. Here the stream flowing towards the ocean stright but couldn't cut through the sand and took sharp left turn...
a unsated sole ...like me then.

Next day I left to Mt. Rainier. I knew that flower are not there yet and most of the meadows are still under snow. Even though no photographs from there, I had good time climbing to pebble creek in dense fog and snow. After two miles, at panorama point I was above the clouds and clear view of Mt. Rainier was fabulous experience.

About the image, I should have thew some small pebble in the steam in the middle to create turbulence waters through out the stream.
I was clearly not thinking at that time.

Thanks in advance for comments.

You have a killer sky here, but I feel the rest of the image isn't quite up to the level of the drama found in the background. I do like how the stream leads the eye towards the sun.
