Wonderful detail here, and a great eye! Nice BG and the water colours are excellent.
He's about to fall over, though - needs some serious CCW rotation to level the water ripples and the bird.

Beautiful, Robert. Great job on the exposure to bring out the subtle shadings in the dark part of the plumage. Nice pose and angle.

Nice exposure; good sharpness. Based on the line-up of the leg and reflection I'd rotate this a few degrees CCW.

nits noted...A very nice job on exposure. The detail is great as well, I love the raised leg and hint of red in the eye. Great capture Robert.

You have really captured great detail and richness in the blacks. I like the lifted leg pose. Well done.

One of my favorite birds beautifully captured. As already mentioned it needs some straightening to make it an ever better image.

Great - but may need just a bit more. To me, that wide bluish area of 3-4 ripples just at the knee is the part of the BG that draws the eye, and should be dead-level. Seems still just a tad more CCW needed.
