I am a great fan of Ram's abstracts and having the opportunity to meet with him in person and shake his hand, I am hoping that some of his magic has rubbed off on this one.

Same lotus ginger as in the x-ray and ikebana arrangement.

D90 50mm+32mm F1.8 1/125 tripod (don't have the steady steely hands of the master). Thanks for viewing and C&C appreciated.

. Welcome to the club, Gary. Knowing you and your terrific ability to switch techniques, its quite likely that Abstracts may reach a whole new playing field going forward.

Absolutely fine shot for a start. You selected just about the right pastel shades to make a great impression - I particularly like the curve that is going along the right edge apart from other shapes.

Great image Gary. Ram's building quite a following.

You sure are getting alot of mileage on your flowers.

If I had any suggestions it would be a slight crop from the left and from the bottom to balance the out the weight of the olive greens. For my tastes there is a little too much weight of the those greens along the left edge.

I too am a big fan of Ram's art and techniques, this is a fine example. While the curves and composition quench my thirst, my eyes are asking for more. Very well captured, also congrats on you Hibiscus radiograph WP!
