Spectacular, stained-glass like effect from the backlighting, Lucy ! There's a nice sense of the textures of the leaves and branches too.

Love the backlighting and the image Lucy. I also think your plane of focus and dof decisions are what really makes this work. Also a very fine exposure. Superbly done at least for my tastes.

A lovely collection of backlit leaves. The background and stems really add to the story. For fun, you might try cropping (maybe even square) to emphasize the two leaves in the center. I suspect that would create a very different feeling.
