Ruffled Petals-Challenge

This is the first year in my garden for these Japanese Iris and they have certainly outdone themselves. We had a terrible storm tonight so I can only imagine what shape these blooms will be in tomorrow.

Two textures files were used on the original image: Citron Vert and Iridescent Brush from Flypaper Textures. A bit of cropping and a little work with curves to bring out the colors.

This monthly challenge has worked well with all the beautiful summer flowers. Your comments are always greatly appreciated.
