White wildflower 2

I seem to be posting a series of white wildflowers; this is my third in a row. This was actually growing in my flower bed through a groundcover of yellowish sedum. Not sure what it is; a type of garlic maybe? (It's a Star-of-Bethlehem. Wayne, thanks for ID.)

Canon Rebel T1i. 90mm macro lens. F/5.6 for 1/30 sec. ISO 100.

I have no idea what it is..may be some kind of Garlic or may be some kind of Lily. Irrespective this is a super photo - I immediately recognise the implied triangle.

Whites are well exposed and the DOF just perfect. Wish it were mine

Love the composition Carolyn, particularly the placement of the blooms in the frame but the bg patterns add a lot to this as well. For my tastes the dof decision is perfect as are the whites. I also find the mood of it very appealing. Superb work.

What a beautiful triangular composition, and perfect DOF for my taste, making the flowers pop out with a 3-D effect.
Hard to tell the species with just one angle and no size reference, but if the flower is bigger than 3/4" it looks just like a Star-of-Bethlehem, Ornithogalum umbellatum

Carolyn:
Triangle formed by the flower and triangles in the flower! Beautiful composition. BG isn't too bad either.

Wayne, now that you mention Star-of-Bethlehem, that sounds like what I have heard this called before. Thanks!

Nice work on the plane of focus Carolyn. The BG is not too intrusive either. A very pretty shot.
