Oooohh . Very original take on the Daylily - love the light, shadows of the stamens and the curls on the left. Very nice.

Very nicely seen, you also melded perfectly several disparate elements in the image, the curl of the petals the backlit cup and the stamens and their shadows. Well done.

Love the original take on the lighting, Cheryl. The only wonderment I have is if a different bg color could have made this even more striking. I know this isn't a studio image but a black or green backdrop would have been nice to try.

Gotta love that curl and these curves Cheryl. I also like the creative composition and the lighting in this. Appealing color as well. Very fine, original work for my tastes. I'd be curious about more dof but it would be a different image rather than an improvement.
