I love watering my flowers. makes for great photo ops. I struggled so much with this crop. Not sure if i got it right.

I like the composition Cheryl and the dof/focal plane decision. So I'm guessing your crop was a good decision. Beautiful image for my tastes and the droplets add a lot of interest.

Cheryl, I am not completely sold on the crop, but I do like the soft feel and the magnification seen through the water drops.

Outstanding! Almost a fish eye lense effect. Sharp where it needs to be and those water droplets really take it over the top. Unique in vision and implementation. :toast:

Cheryl, I think this is beautiful. The flower fades into the background perfectly and the water drops really make the image.

Cheers,

Carol

Outstanding image. The color, softness, and water drops make this a very evocative image. The DOF is perfect, and I like the comp. :toast:

No need to struggle, you have this right. Beautifully soft and nicely sharp where it counts. Yes the drops are big pluses.

Cheryl, This is beautiful. Your large version is wonderful to look at. I enjoy the soft feel, but as Gary mentioned sharp where it needs to be. Water drops look fantastic, and I think your crop worked perfect. Nice work!

Well, it looks pretty darn good to me, Cheryl ! The composition, delicate colouring and the dof choice create a mood which is somehow enhanced by the droplets. Very beautiful !!
