Hi all: It's been a while since I posted. Been a bit busy with other life activities. Anyway, here's a shot from this week in my back yard. I enjoy working with hummingbirds. I found this pose to be interesting.

Female Black Chinned
Multi Flash - 4 flashes (3 on the hummer, one on the background).

50D, 70-200 f/4 @ 187mm
Cropped to a pano

Larger version included.

Thx for looking and commenting.

Keith,
The wing, head and tail position is one of the best I've ever seen. And what a beautiful, creamy, watercolor like backdrop. The lone flower puts this image completely over the top for me. Love what you've done to the composition making it like a pano. Looks like you had pretty good light for this image Keith. Nice and sharp with good feather detail. I really love this image. Congrats. :toast: :toast:

Very nice Keith. Looks very natural. Multi-flash set-ups often times look very fake to me. This does not. Well done.

This looks excellent Keith, both flower and bird R tack sharp. The 1:2 comp works well, great BG colors that add nicely..I still need to buy some secondary slaves for this technique, still pluggin' along with my single 580 EX.
Well done :toast:
