Spring in Vermont

After several days of torrential rain, the streams and rivers are running wild. New growth, new water...what more can I ask for!! C and C's are welcome. Thanks for looking.

The spring greens really enhance the spring water of this woodland river. An image well worth printing large and placing in a prominent place. Nice choice of shutter speed on the water as well.

Very nice image. Makes me want to head out for a hike in the woods. The curving stream does a fantastic job of pulling me through the scene.

A beautiful, timeless scene, Mitch. I can envision myself standing there listening to the bubbling water. :toast:

I like the scene here Mitch, the wider view seems to fit this piece well. At first I was not sure of the tree on the right side cutting through but after looking at longer it works for me. Mainly because there is enough space between the others on the left to lead the viewer into the scene. Nice work.

A beautiful scene, and a beautiful shot. I like the comp except for the one tree on the right seems to kind of block my view into the scene. It doesn't wreck it for me, but I'd prefer it not to be there.

Lovely scene. The spring greenery really pops and helps the image greatly. Very nice throughout.

Very nice, particularly the perspective and depth of field on the river.

Hey Mitch, how have you been. :wavey: This is beautifully done. The graceful curve of the stream draws me into this scene and gives the image a wonderful depth. You have to love those springtime greens. Great choice on the SS BTW. :toast:

Inviting composition, Mitch. Interesting but not dominating FG, and nice diagonal/curving flow. I love the textures created by the new vegetation this time of year.
