Dear All

God couldn't be everywhere,so he made MOM.

Happy mothers day to every beautiful mothers. Thanks a ton for being Moms

How many of you are going to take your mom out for a lunch/dinner/movie/shopping today? Even if you don't believe in the concept of one day,it still gives a good reason to spend time with your loved ones.

Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve where this family of four cubs and mom given me life's most delightful 3 days in Aug 2010 , 7D and 300/F4 were used to freeze those moments on memory cards which are etched on my mind and heart for forever.

All comments are most welcome

Sweat thoughts Harshad and an endearing moment too Sir. :toast:

Regarding the image, I might be tempted to lose perhaps half the FG space on this one?

Hi Harshad,

Yet another touching Mom's Day shot! I like the overall colour palette here and, of course, it's a touching shot. If the image were mine I think I'd experiment with the opposite of what Steve suggested - I like the water and subtle reflection enought that I'd pull the subjects off the vertical midpoint by cropping from the top, not the bottom (I'd probably crop enough to just remove the green plant above mom's head).

Thanks for sharing this and the reminder about Mother's Day - any regular in the Wildlife Gallery has NO excuse for forgetting what day it is!

Cheers...

Brad

Well, from the emotional POV the Mother's day is well represented here. From technical POV reading the comments i'm debated: if you let the H cut maybe reduce the water percentage could help, if we look at the vertical cut option, to keep the scene central you might have to renounce toe part of the mother body.

I'm thoughtful...

Cheers, Luca

This is very special Harshad, it is not often that one sees such emotional images of tigers. I agree that a slight crop from the top and a bit off the right might strengthen the comp. Thanks for sharing this. :toast:

Charming, intimate interaction!
My only suggestion would be to lighten up the 2 dark areas on the right - they kind of draw my eye.
Congrats on the WP!
