Robert, I like the pastel colors together with the haze. The various shapes vanishing in the depth really keep my attention. The crop at the bottom appears a bit tight to me regarding the single bright spot, but that is only a small matter. Thanks for sharing this interesting image!

It meets the weekly challenge in my opinion. It's nice to have a different color
here than what one usually expects from the brown--gold of most sandy areas.

I think the image could use a bit more contrast in the foreground and midground - not too much, mind you... the soft light is gorgeous, and the fog in the distance adds some really nice depth. I wouldn't want to lose the subtle effectiveness of the shot by overdoing a contrast adjustment. The colors are beautiful, and I love the swirls in the foreground!

I can understand why you might question this image, but the soft, hazy pastels are appealing.

I'm in love with this. Didn't think much of the thumbnail, but upon opening I was captivated my the subtle coloration and the large arc. Beautiful.
