I love the color combintion here of the light, medium, and dark browns. The bare limbs look very attractive too against the gray sky.

I like the layers, textures and subtle tones. You have a great eye for capturing these scenes. The extreme right side (sky portion) feels a little empty to me. Maybe a slight crop would eliminate the emptiness I'm seeing there. Fabulous image!

Dan this is really nice, I like it a lot. If I had to make a suggestion I would say maybe crop a little off the right side (just to the right of that first tree) to remove that featureless area as my eye keeps getting pulled there.
