The Gardeners Shed

I was out shooting today at the North Carolina Arboretum for a class assignment when I came upon their Gardeners Shed. It was a beautiful spring day but very bright sun. I tried different effects before I decided I liked this one. I used Viveza and then Color Efex Pro - Color Stylizer. Not sure if I like the tree that is directly in front of the shed. I tried different angles and this is the best one.

Wish my gardening shed looked this good. Comments and critiques are always welcome. Camera is a Nikon D7000 with polarizer on tripod.

Happy spring to all.

The tree doesn't bother me Barbara. A very nice conversion and a pleasing scene.

Barbara, I think you handled this one well. Another idea would be to convert to black and white.

I would have like to see a more shallow DOF as well as your shooting details.

Cheers,

Carol
