This is from Mount Evans, Colorado last summer. It was early morning, and this guy was just hanging out on his favorite cliff enjoying the sunrise.

C&C appreciated.

Great setting n composition ! It must be feeling on the top of the world.
I may back off some sharpening from the fore ground rocks.

I like this very much, Ernie. It's nicely composed and it's not often one gets a scene like this. You have to wonder what he's thinking, or maybe not.

It looks like he's surveying his kingdom! Nice inclusion of the vista to give the image loads of context.

Lovely composition, Ernie, and the position of the goat is just perfect. Love the layered hills in the bg, too. :toast:

I most like the goat against the background layering. This looks like a scene that would have translated equally well in vertical.

Nice shot. The light is nice and the shadowed layers of mountains in the BG gives it a nice depth.

Pensive shot. The foreground rocks work well against the background. Only wish the goat were a little more closeup, i.e. a bit less "lost" in the environment since it is I assume the main focus.
