An impressive image. The detail and color are great. the damsels really stand out from the background. The setting fits perfect.

Nice catch. I particularly like the comp of the two damsels. The colors of the stream add a nice color contrast.

Howard:
Wonderful capture; perfect plane of focus, well exposed and nice bg separation. It is interesting that males tend to have stronger coloration in odonata.

The bright reflections in the water make for a beautiful background in this shot, Howard. This is a great shot - very unusual, and beautifully captured. The documentary aspect is exceptional - but the composition and excellent technical work makes it a beautiful work of art as well.
