Another shot with the Flowering Dogwood tree. The first sign of Spring as it begins here in Central Texas..Cedar Waxwing.
F/10, 1/250th, ISO 640, 1D M3, 300mm f/2.8 + 1.4x and heavy overcast.
I used the Nik Selective tool to help bring up the bird here.

Very nice shot of this great species- like very much the head turn and the smooth, pinkish BG- Well done, Fabio

Good detail on a specie where it is often difficult to get detail. The head angle doesn't give you as much of a view as I'd like. The angle doesn't show the face marking or the lovely crest. But you did very well with what the bird gave you.

Good pose and BG. The lighting looks good in general but I'd love a bit more detail at the eyes to separate them out of that black mask more.

This is beautiful. A little light in the eyes would be better but you have to take what the bird gives you. Very nice background.

Nice image Howard. Really like the head tilt and the one foot slightly raised. Nice dof making BG with those blooms soft and smooth yet still identifiable.

Nice color and I like the way the branches frame the waxwing.

Nice detail in this waxwing, Howard. I like the soft lighting. I do wish for a little different head turn showing one of the eyes a bit better, however a real nice image as posted.
