shot with a

1/1000
f/2.8
ISO 640

Thanks for looking C&C appreciated

This is quite stunning in its simplicity! Great clarity on the drop with a nice diffused background. Love the colors, the sparkle from the sun on the drops, the focus, comp, everything. Fantastic picture Manoj!

Simple is never a bad thing! This is a nice image especially with the reflections. I'd like to see this with a tighter vertical crop. - Vince

Having spent a lot of time trying to photograph drops, I appreciate your effort and congratulate you on your success. The clarity in this drop is outstanding. Getting a second sunburst in the "drop holder" is an extra benefit.

I like the 'up-side-down' presentation. Unusual and imteresting. Wonderful clarity throughout. Nicely done

This is wonderful! I love the unusual idea. The sun stars are great, too. The clean background is very nice - nothing distracting to take your eye away from the world in the droplet. Very well done.

Thanks Varina and Nancy for the feedback .. appreciate it

Nancy, this is the correct orientation..not upside down..caught the drops bouncing back after falling on water..

This is one more freeze of the drop that bounced back

Wonderful capture, particularly on the bounce back from the drop's initial impact. :toast:

Manoj: Because the refracted image is upside down I knew this was the proper orientation and can imagine the difficulty you would have getting a good capture. I like the horizontal crop. Superbly crafted image.>=))>
