The light was fleeting, and a minute later, it was gone.

It's awfully hard to comment on your images due to the fact that they are nearly half the size allowed here. I'd much rather see more image and less frame.

Nice catch with this light and the water. Can't quite figure out the heavy white in the middle of the falls. At first I was thinking ice, but the green foliage nixes that perception.

10 out of 10 on the composition. Excellent work.

Margo,

I find this quite dreamy actually; the fleeting light is giving the falls a bit of a glow. also, the underlying rock or whatever gives this a little structure too. I like this.

I know and understand your position on image size, so I won't harp on that. The light, form and mood certainly come across here.

Thanks for posting!

Lon

First, thank you all for your comments. As we all know, it is really nice to get positive feedback.

Those who remember me from the last time I was active (we run photo workshops, so aren't around much), know my position on size, to wit Lon's comment below. However, for Stan, here it is sans mat.

We hang (and sell) a lot of our photography, which is why I choose to put my images in a mat and frame. Me'umble apologies to those who prefer it as is.
