My wife usually keeps a few of these sitting around in vases through the winter just for show. I got this one down just to try the Macro lens out. Thanks for taking a look and all C&C welcomed.

Hi Keith

I love the high key nature and dream-like feel to this image. The lowest 'tiny' branch seems a little out of kilter with the image due to the small 'elbow' as it keeps dragging my eye down from the delicate buds. Regardless, I really enjoy this image!

Great shot!

I agree with the previous comment about the bent stem being distracting (a minor issue). Otherwise, exceptional image.

This is wonderful, Keith! The softness of the image is enhance by the softness of the colors, and the effect is ethereal. The shot is perfectly processed with just the right amount of detail.

Light and airy. Really beautifully done!

The short DOF has made this work very well, definitely a "dream-like" quality here.
Excellent comp, beautiful work! :toast:
