I really, really like the light on he trees and the overall feel of this Columbia River Gorge scene. This comp is interesting, but it does feel cut off and I wish there was more on the right, showing more of the creek, the background, etc.

I've enjoyed this entire series of yours. They have been very evocative of the peacefulness of the forest. While vewing this one, I found that when I adjusted it on the screen to cut off the bottom 20%, I got a much more pleasing image. May just be me but it seemed more tranquil without the turbulent water. But that's a personal decision. Love the series regardless.

Really like the perspective on this one, Daniel, a little more intimate than the last one. Love the trees, and your processing is stellar. The large image is superb.

I have definitely enjoyed this series, but I feel this is the strongest image of the three so far. It combines a slightly better comp from the same spot as #1, with the wide-angle feel of #2. This is my favorite of them. Good stuff!

I think I concur with Jason on the fact that it does feel a touch cut off and I feel like the trees are blocking my view up the stream and I keep on trying to look past them. The light and the colours look awesome for this time of year and is refreshing to see. The splash you captured in the water is super nice. I think I prefer your previous post though, it felt more complete. Cheers

Not as much depth as the last one, but still an excellent image.
