1D Mk iv, 600mm + 1.4, 1/80s, f5.6, iso 400. Cloned out a twig.

At last! These had been reported in my vicinity several times over the past couple of months, but could I find them? Light was awful today, but I'm grateful for the short session I had with them. Hopefully the weather will improve before they move on.

Ian ..quite a nice image ..and love the subtle colors here ..yes light is of concern here ...also I would have done away with some space on top and the bird placed a wee bit to the left ..well thats a personal thing...well done

Looks very good to me Ian, the colours within the BG are a perfect accompaniment to the colour of the bird. Works well in frame, wouldn't change the crop. Just wonder if the branch on the LHS with the two berries is slightly distracting considering all the others are bare?
