Love the pose, how the branch the bird is perched on comes from the top of the frame and the comp you used. Detail and sharpness look good at the size posted.

Harshad: The kingfisher is beautiful in this image as is the background. The perch draws my eye away from the subject, especially the OOF branch in the front that leaves the frame in the LRC.

The kingfisher is beautiful Harshad and I find your composition to be especially appealing. For me the perch is not an issue as the bird is so dominant that the OOF part of the branch just doesn't bother me.
