Bob, Comp, detail and overall sharpness (perhaps motion blur in the bill) all look good to me. Perhaps a bit of a head turn toward you would have worked well also.

Love the clean look at the prop tail. A few areas of the tree look a little bright as does the red crest area, but easily dealt with. Head turn would have been nice, but works as is for me.

Great look at this downy. Love how it's appears to be just barely hanging on to the birch. I would agree with the comments already made, still a nice image.

Beautiful all around, Bob. Looks like you had some harsh light to deal with; nice use of fill.

Nice birch perch. I would probably increase the contrast a little and darken the entire scene but this more pastel, soft version is beautiful.

I like the pose of the woodpecker Bob and how it shows the tail pressed against the feeder prop. I think some of the whites of the birch prop are a bit bright and do pull my eyes away from the subject, reducing the exposure in ACR might help. I also think a touch more space above the head might make a stronger comp. That is just my personal tastes though.
