In this second to last series image the aggressive bird jumps on the other, and proceeds to stomp it beneath the floating foliage.
After firing many more frames, the victim disappeared from my viewfinder. Yet in the image to follow(final image)we’ll see the taste of revenge in action.

Another great shot of this action. The wing has been well imaged. I like that the eyes of both main birds are well seen. I am enjoying the series.

Another interesting behavior image in this series Wayne. To my eye this one looks just a little dark.

Wayne, this has been an wonderful series and most likely very educational for those members who do not get to see Great Egrets in action like this. I am looking forward to seeing the "revenge".
