This is Yellowstone and my favorite bull was chasing after his cows.
Thanks for looking at my picture and for any comments.

Interesting behavior shot. Just wondering why so high ISO? Thanks for sharing.

Great perspective with that foreground hillside. Did the original frame allow for some clockwise rotation? It appears all the trees in the background are tilted.

It appears to be a wonderful setting & pose here !
I may prefer to crop out light green grass patch on the bottom left and have some more canvas on he top. May also try to control the blues in the background.

Hi Jack, I like that back drop! Especially in the larger version this and the DOF create a nice 3D look. My thoughts about presenting this are exactly the same as Jagdeep's. He is also right about the blueish cast. The high ISO setting was not necessary, but I guess you have realized that . All in all a nice image that can be made to look even better.

I like this shot, the setting and the backlight but I agree that it needs a tilt correction and it looks too blue to me also.

I like the comp and movement shown by this animal. I like the sweat on his neck and marks on his side. The OOF grass is distracting to my eye... Nice capture.

Thanks for all the comments! I have rotated this picture and cut back on blue saturation. I haad not seen those items and thank everyone for their help! The ISO was a product of the high shutter speed. He had been running and I wanted to stop him in strid.

I like the BG and the coming down the hill pose. Your repost corrects the comments I had and looks much better.

I like this because of the BG - its different than most Yellowstone shots. The movement of the bull adds a lot also.

Jack, next time your on the Madison photographing elk, yell " anyone with NPN?" Ill say hi. I know i was there when you took this shot. I have some just like it. Great Bull. Hit by a car and killed by wolves in the Madison. Controlled this group twice, lost them once to a younger bull, won them back, lost track of him and then saw his picture on yellowstone.net, while wolves were killing him in the river. He drowned. Great Picture
