Night Reflection

Another of my Li River photos. This photo was taken almost in the darkness of night. Although it was around 7.30pm, the sky was already quite dark because of the bad weather of that day. I found it was quite interesting of the mountain reflection in the shallow water in the river bank after a long exposure (nearly 9 minutes).

The cool light creates a very distinct feel to this image. Looks like an exotic location.

You've conveyed the feeling of dusk nicely.

Nine minutes? How could you even see to take the picture? It sure turned out well The reflection is surprisingly light.

This is a great location and you made a very interesting and moody image. I like the blue cast and hazy silhouettes in the background. Good work!

Dear Tony and Didl, thanks for your comments. The nearly 9 minutes exposure was made by manual focus carefully on some object in the water.
