Inverness Beach, Nova Scotia on a brisk October morning. I like the distorted reflection off the red wet sand.

Thanks for you comments and critiques on my last post. Thanks for looking.

I like this, Eva. Great sky, very nice waves and I really like the looks of the red sand, rocks and reflection. Nice work.

A lonley scene. The rich tones of the sand compliment the sky wonderfully. The little streaks of foam mimic the patterns of the clouds. Awesome capture Eva!

Hi Eva,

This is a wonderful seascapes and I do love seascapes. I admire a lot photographers that can create a beautiful image out of the emptyness of a plain beach, the pebbles and foam make a great foreground element here and the light is really beautiful.

How do you like the SR color combo? Do you have by any chance a photo without the filter? I'm interested in one but I can't decide if it can help me or not with my beach photography. Yours is a great example.

Cheers!

I like the illusion of movement of the clouds. Some may have gone for a pano here but I like leaving the empty beach foreground. Nice job.

Beautiful seascape Eva! This one has a really nice feel. Makes me want to be there. I lived in Somerville, Ma for some time, and always wanted to go up to Nova Scotia. Damn!

Beautiful beach scene with a fantastic sky. It looks like some pretty big waves, I like how they are curling over on the horizon!

I like how the sky and terrain are kind of mirror images of each other.
