My favorite part of this photo is the similarity between the streaked water in the foreground and the clouds.

I like the scene for it's subtle quality. The similar colors make this more soothing to me than nuclear. The foreground ripples do a nice job of breaking up this space in a pleasing fashion.

I might try to bring out the foreground interest a bit more, but an interesting area. A subtle image that take more than a quick glance.

Nice light, and I like the water motion. My personal preference would be to crop some of the foreground.
