Nikon D300, Sigma macro 150. F/22, 1/15, ISO 200.
It looks like the top Clematis (Ville de Lyon) is trying to crowd the lower out of the picture. Flowers do fight for position like some people do. Comments appreciated.

You conveyed the message perfectly here, Albert. I really like the dof and color!

A very fine image for my tastes Albert. Excellent composition made even better in support of your point. Beautiful rich color as well.

Nice comp and colors. I like your analogy relating to people. Only nit is to maybe clone out the spot (hole?) in the LRC.

Great analogy, Albert. You have succeeded in selling that point very well. Placing the two centers of the Clematis along the diagonal is interesting and so is the rich pink color by itself. We only have Blue and Light Clematises out here.
Agree about the use of creative license for cloning that small hole in the petal but other than that, all lovely

Albert:
Great title. They do look like shuffling and pushing against one another. Well seen and captured. I also like the different stage of flowers and the contrasting yellow on red petals.
