This image was taken at Badwater Basin located in Death Valley NP. I liked the sole individual on the basin and the solitude that it represented to me. I converted this to sepia and liked the lighting that the clouds cast upon the mountains. Enjoy!

I like the shot overall, but it seems a bit flat, I would like to see more contrast.

I was trying to get a mood but tend to agree that a bit more contrast would have been a good move on my part.

I really like the timeless mood the sepia gives. I think there's enough contrast to bring out the textures and shapes well.
