Pearson Falls Trail

I took this while taking the short hike up to Pearson Falls in North Carolina.

7D, Manual Exposure, .3 sec, F/13, ISO 100, CPL to help slow the shutter speed while keeping some reflection for color. Dropped shadow control down to -2 during RAW conversion.

Thanks for looking and all C&C welcomed.

The reflections really make the shot. The cascades are nicely done too.

John,

Beautiful and rich color reflecting and absorbed by the water. The diagonal of the log makes for a pleasing composition as the water cascades over. No real nits here as this is captured beautifully. If it were mine I might be tempted to crop a smidge from the right, just up to where the wood starts getting darker. Other than that, nice job with this one.
