Nice, David. love that smooth bluegray background and foreground. Great color, detail and pose in the bird.

Very nice - peaceful feel to this, and delicate.
Too bad about the oil.

A splendid exposure David. I especially like the ethereal setting which goes well with the "peaceful feel" Richard mentioned.

Really nice!
Fine detail in the bird, and the high-key BG with just a bit of detail is pefect.
Good placement in the frame, imo, and good colors.

Nice detail in the plover and a very clean image. A lower angle would really work well here.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. It's always appreciated.
Dan,,,,,,,to get any lower I'd have had to dig a hole. This was shot laying in the mud using a ground pod.

Nice clean shot. I like the pose and the water the way it fades into the BG. Great details and composition.

I love the dreamy look to this. I wouldn't change a thing. I hope the LA coast can survive the oil mess heading its way.

Love the mood you've captured here, a very serene scene. Exposure looks really good to get such a good balance in the whites. Graham
