Giants' stairway

Hi everyone!
This is a section of the Arc river gorges in Haute Maurienne, French Alps. The Arc is often dry but when in springtime the snow on the Alps begins to melt, it becomes very scenic.
This is stitched from seven vertical frames.

Details: Eos 50D, Tokina ATX-Pro 12-24 f4, ND 4x, tripod 0,3" f16

Because of the pano look, the larger size is a must click...
Your C&C are as always highly appreciated, thanks in advance for your time.
Paolo

Great looking image Paolo. I especially like the close proximity of the rock in the LHC. Lots to look at across the entire frame. Very engaging photo. Larger is awesome.

Wonderful slashes of water motion Paolo.I find your shutter speed very effective for me. I am really liking the detail in the water and rocks too. Beautiful work!

You're a master at these stitches--this is just mind-blowing! Id bring up the shadows just a little bit, and call it perfect! :toast:

That's a great pano. Lovely color, nice forms in the rocks, and the comp flows beautifully from left to right. :toast:

Very nice, especially the larger version, I imagine a 4' version would be even more impressive.

You know I love shots like that and this one is very well executed. The shutter speed is right on and the panoramic distortion adds a nice touch of dynamic to the image.
Another bookmark added to my Google Earth database
