Just in time to send my post in this beautiful Gallery. I joined to NPN last September and I'd like to thank everyone of the great photographers here for making me learn so much.

I think when I post to "20 Years of NPN" Gallery I will have learned even more!

Monica, this is beautiful!
Fine detail, great colors, very complimentary BG, and even a reflection!
The crest and "hood" really show up perfectly here.
Wonderful addition to the "10 Year" Gallery!

Monica,

Beautiful image of the Grebe. I love the rusty tones and the somewhat abstract reflection. Looks pretty darn sharp, but to me I think this could even use a slight bit more sharpening for the web. Not by much though really because this is a fine image.

Yeah, the smaller version looks a bit soft, but the larger version looks great. I think it could use a degree or two of CCW rotation too. Love the overall colors and sheen on the feathers!

Your contribution here is one of the things I enjoy most about NPN, it's worldwide participation and audience. I have been privelaged to see images of places I will never see in person thanks to the contributions from around the world.
