Storm at the Troll Rocks
by Ian Haskell
The Troll Rocks at Vik according to local folklore are trolls which were caught out at dawn. We had driven through a day of rain and had gone past Vik early on - we double backed about 175 miles to do this in the evening of the same day. Vik is below Katla which is the volcano next to Eyjafjallajökull that hasn't erupted since 1918...Iceland is a special place.
