Olympic Coast winter

It's one of the most spectacular places Ive ever been to. I took this picture while backpacking on the Olympic Peninsula, Shi Shi beach last February.

The soft light on the sea stacks is beautiful. Great image.

I like how the sky and water sort of echo each other and frame the sea stacks.

I'm caught by color of the the green of the wave curl and its windspray against the stacks.

Great image. A lot of action and power displayed here. I think a little more contrast in the sky would really take this further.
