Cool picture Sandy. And to think how many of these I've just walked right by!

Lovely specimen Sandy. Is this a composite or like a still life with a uniform background. No biggie, just curious how go did this.

Hi, Lon, it's a living blossom in the ground, with a white drape underneath it then the drape smoothed out in PS. These trillium are about 18 inches or more tall, so it's easy to slide things underneath.
I never pick things.

I think I said it before, but to repeat: this is very painterly and reminds me of an Audubon illustration. It is very nicely presented here with the green border and all.

Because I like flowers, I really enjoy viewing this. The flower seems
to almost project off the screen. Well done, Sandy.

A clean, simple and artistic composition with excellent detail in the flower and leaves. Very well done, Sandy!
