Silky

Another bird from my Costa Rica trip. This guy is a Long-tailed Silky-flycatcher and was 11.9m (@39ft.) away and high in the tree- singing up a storm. The image was captured about mid-afternoon off a mountain trail and he was cast against a fairly harsh background. I toned down the BG and applied some slight increased saturation, contrast, and sharpening. First time I've seen one of these and thought I'd post it.

Thanks for looking.

Excellent job for the conditions, Charles. The angle is a bit steep, but that couldn't be helped and you handled the light extremely well. :toast:
