Here's a shot from our Thailand trip last year. This was taken at Doi Inthanon National Park, Inthanon is the highest mountain in Thailand (9,000 feet) and a great place for birds and bird photography. This species is in the Old World Flycatcher family. This image is cropped to vertical.

A great looking bird Nate. I love the color of this bird. I do not think I have seen quite this shade on any other bird. Great sharpness for 1/40s. Nice perch and BG too. Very nicely done.

Nice image, Nate. As an option you might could also crop a bit off the top.

Well, that is quite a blue bird! Lovely pose and enough background detail to suggest the habitat. Fantastic photo Nate, but I kind of expect that from you. :toast:

No nits from me on this one, Nate. It's just a very fine image of this bird showing great color and a fine pose. The bird looks interested in us and the catchlight in the eye is very attractive. :toast:
