Continuing this short series from one of my favourite parts of Switzerland with another image from this peaceful and isolated part of the gorge...

Another nice shot from this area. nice reflections in the river. I like your first shown image from this spot more than this one. I'm not sure about those branches from the trees on the right. There's not really something interesting there to me. But still a nice shot. I checked your pics of this area on your website. gorge du Doubs looks very pretty in fall.

The delicate tones of this image are very nice. The snow on the left does create a bit of imbalance and I could do without that, but the overall tonality and rich color makes up for this.

Certainlt a pretty area, but for my tastes the tree limbs on the right seen a bit intrusive.

I like this one even better, Julian. The tree on the right makes a good foreground element.

Very relaxing view, Julian! I like how you composed the scene by putting the beautiful tree on the right in front of a rather uninteresting background (regarding elements, but not colors). I think a small crop from the bottom would strengthen the composition a bit by giving it more symmetry.

Beautiful Julian. The pattern of the branches on the right really is nice and really acts as a counter to the left side and the background. Outstanding.
