Bridge in Winter

This is one of my favorite spots to visit, as it is one of the few remaining covered bridges in NY. Took this from a different vantage point, looking up stream. It also gave me a chance to try out my new glass, so far I am liking.

Nikon D40, f/11, 1/100 sec, 18-105 nikkor VR @ 42 mm, ISO 200, hand held.

Comments appreciated.

Greg, Nice bridge and shot of it. Would be nice if we could keep these old covered bridges for a long time to come so more people could enjoy them. I can see why this is a favorite spot of yours to visit.

Looks like a very cool spot and a neat old bridge. The intrusion of the dried grass or brush on the lower right is distracting to me and blocks part of the bridge. If possible I would have picked a spot to shoot from where I could get it out of the frame.
