I liked the last one so I did another. Colorized leaf and made bg b&w.

ISO 200 1/320 f/5.6

I like your conversion to black and white, and the leaf certainly stands out with the colorization. For realism's sake only, if that is your intent, I think I would have picked a more orange-red color. Of course, for pure impact this works very well.
