Sand and water, California Coast. May not be everyone's cup of tea, but I find myself pointing my camera down more often than not these days. The dusk light brought out some cool tones, and I found the dividing line between wet and dry sand really stressed a beautiful difference. The right side of this image is actually in part moving water, and I was hoping to come away with a bit more of an indication of that, but the conditions weren't cooperating - I liked the end result nonetheless.

This is beautiful Greg - the texture and composition are excellent, but what really grabs my attention is the beautiful color.

Very nice! Great colours, the texture doesn't hurt either.

Excellent abstract, Greg. It looks like a photography, but without your explanation, it would hold a lot of mystery.

The color is gorgeous. The detail of the texture in the sand and water really is amazing in this simply stunning composition.

Hey Greg,
Really think the colors make this a standout! The edge line on the diagonal is also very effective. A beautiful/simple abstract.

The contrast of color is great in this image. The sharpness of the sand is spectacular too. Nicely done.

Really like the magenta color the right side has and how it contrasts with the warmer left side. Very well seen.
