While waiting for a couple of birding pals at Gilbert Water Preserve last week I witnessed a beautiful Sunrise. A Great Blue Heron flew across my view and I couldn't resist this photo.

Very nice Hans. Great color and sunrise. I too would remove the dark spot in the LLC.

Nice shot Hans. I first thought the BG was a desert dune. Ditto on the smudge, but well done on the opportunistic shot.
