This Pronghorn was in Yellowstone in the summer flowers. I almost could inter this picture in the flora gallery.
Thanks for looking at my picture and for any comment.

Nice shot of a pronghorn. I like the setting. IMHO if the flowers were just a little darker they might have more impact.

The flowers sure provide a good sprinkling of color; places for the eye to rest and ponder...
The pronghorn looks good. I would wish for a touch more space a bottom, for those "virtual" feet. I like the inclusion of sagebrush and the reflectivity of the horns with the good ivory tips. You might try adding some additional sharpness (or bright/contrast boost) to just the eye to give it equal reflective "pop."

Very nice setting Jack. It is striking how many different colors of flowers can be seen here. Though I like the inclusion of the bushes, I do find the one behind the head a bit unfortunately placed.
I agree with Lon's suggestions for some more 'pop'.

Hi Jack,

I'm writing this one without looking at the other comments so sorry in advance if it's redundant. I like the positioning of the pronghorn in the frame, and I really like the inclusion of the all the different coloured wildflowers - they add very nice little specks of colour that add great visual interest. I find the image lacking a little contrast, and the pronghorn itself seems a little less than tack sharp on my monitor (a little selective sharpening of the head region only might help here). I like inclusion of the sage (actually looks like rabbit-brush to me) but wish the one bush wasn't directly behind the head of the antelope. And, finally, I wouldn't mind seeing a little more room at the bottom of the image (assuming it isn't too blurred) to capture more of the virtual legs/hooves. But overall this IS a pleasing image and could be even better with a few minor adjustments...

Cheers...hope this doesn't seem to harsh - thanks for sharing this...

Very nice pose and the flowers in the environment do add a nice element. I agree with more room at the bottom for those pesky virtual legs.

Thanks for the advise, everyone. I hope that this added picture is what you are suggesting. It has a little more room at the feet and I have put a little more sharpening on the head. I am just learning about sharpening, so help is needed!

Thanks,
Jack
