The Ol' Cemetery

Driving around over this past weekend looking for something to shoot! This old cemetery caught my eye with the statue, flags and especially the distant rolling hills--they appear to be frosted over, but that's just the late-day sun hitting the white birches (I believe that is what they are). ISO100, 1/250th, f-4. Thanks for taking the time to look, any comments welcomed.

There is an awful lot going on in this image if you sit down to analyze it. Reminds me of the river towns in CT. The cycle of life is shown here from the action of the train, the homes and then the cemetery. Interesting, thought provoking image.

There is Patricia, I didn't even realize it 'til I really looked at it. There is also a very big factory/defense contractor which is the area's largest employer on the LHS. You can only see the roof of one of its buildings but it is there as well.

Similar stories of that "cycle" all throughout small-town America, no?? Thanks for looking.
