Sunset Bark

A quick post as life has been hectic...sick and everyday life have been getting in the way of my photography! Anyway, shot this a while back. I liked the texture, lighting and pattern of the bark.

Critiques and suggestions are always welcomed.

Beautiful swirl and flow in this Beth. The colors are warm the textures are pleasing. I can almost smell the bark. I like this one very much.

Looks like a type of topo map Beth. I like the light and the patterns. Overall I think I would like a bit more for interest in the photo. Hope you get feeling better soon!

Oooo, Beth, I really like this a lot. Sorry I missed it in my last perusal of the gallery. I sure agree with Bill: I love images of tree bark and work at it all the time, but it sure is NOT easy to get such a great pattern and color as this.
