Haiku
by Gary Crabbe
Yay! My kids are at summer day camp for the next couple weeks, so Daddy actually gets to do some work and catch-up on 'daddy' stuff. On the list has been to post this image and see what kind of feedback I get.
I shot this last year while camping w/ Marc Adamus in the North Coast of CA. This is only the third or fourth image I've ever shot where the image spoke a 'title' to me. I kind of feel it's appropriate.
All thoughts, comments, Critiques, opinions, feedback, or food and beverage donations are graciously and warmly accepted and appreciated.
Thanks for looking.

I particularly like the interconnectedness of the elements but also the space at the top.
The title strikes me as being perfect. A minimalist, lyrical image with seventeen elements? and a seasonal reference. Well ... I may be pushing the analogy a little to far but I really like the title and the image.

On slender grasses
Mirrored in water.
No sun;
In this shot,
only fog.
... and rain.
This is a gallery piece.

The waviness of the reflections is what makes this for me. I really like this.
Floating in space like jackstraw
Makes me feel peaceful
Great image and title. Well done.
